When a refund is possible

• The product cannot be used due to a fault of the developer.
• Double payment.
• Accidental payment (within 14 days, if the subscription wasn't actively used).

How to request

Use the «Contacts» page or the support email: include your account email, the payment number and the reason. Refunds go back via the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.
